- Owners will usually speak Greek.
- Non-Greeks usually do not own apartments in Athens - so you may want to test their knowledge of Athens by asking random questions about Athens and Greece.
- Owners will usually have Greek bank accounts.
- Owners will usually not sent you cut-and-paste applications.
